Drs. Shannon and Drew Frauenhoffer both obtained a Masters and Ph.D. in Psychology from Saint Louis University – Shannon specialized in organizational and social psychology, while Drew specialized in clinical psychology.
Starting in 1994, Shannon and Drew worked together as external consultants for a number of years at a St. Louis consulting firm, before Shannon left to serve as an internal consultant at Edward Jones in their Learning and Organizational Effectiveness department. Then, in 2000, she left Edward Jones to start her own consulting business, Performance Quest.
In 2004, Drew left the St. Louis consulting firm to launch IncitePERFORMANCE Consulting. Then, in 2006, Shannon merged her consulting business into IncitePERFORMANCE.
For over twenty-five years, Drew and Shannon’s primary focus has been to maximize the overall performance of organizations – both top- and bottom-line results – through the effective utilization and motivation of its human resources. Through the implementation of proven organizational and human resource development solutions, they strive to optimize the capabilities and potential of employees, thus leading to improved business outcomes.
