We have a stable of methodologies and assessment tools that we consistently rely on, but each client organization is unique so we approach each client and situation as such. We take many things into account such things as each client’s culture and the position and level of the person(s) involved.

No, they do not. Most, if not all, of the assessment instruments we use are online. Some require proctoring but we work with the organization and/or individual to find appropriate proctors. So, assessments can be completed at the client organization, at the assessee’s home, or a number of other locations.

No, what you see is what you get. One of our main goals is to give our client’s a personal touch so we have remained a small consulting business because we want to really know our clients and for them to know and feel comfortable with us.

You call the consultant who has been working with you. Our clients have our direct office as well as our cell numbers. We know that technological glitches occur, such as when completing assessments, so we are regularly available to receive calls.
